An example where I.M.S. has been cost effective with a major international company has been converting United Biscuits training modules from VHS video to DVD which were accompanied by training audio tapes and converting these to CD.

Staples were looking for the most cost effective way of producing a Scereen Saver from copy suppied, which would by mailed to all their outlets in the UK. The adminstration side was taken in-house by I.M.S. with a turn around time of 48 hours. Posted first class and arriving in their stores within 2-days of the copy being received. An excellent additive to any companies marketing with an opportunity of attracting their suppliers to bear some of the costs.

After some 2 years, Staples approached I.M.S. asking whether it was possible to produce the copy in-house. This was taken on-board and is still an ongoing activity.

I.M.S. contacted Insite to request help in designing a Windows™ Screen Saver, which we duly provided. This added the extra facility of taken standard advertisement graphics and sequencing them into a slide-show and delivered through the standard Windows™ Screen Saver application.
